quick process professional service room arrangement amazing view
The check-in process was super quick. Jason Liu provided a professional service about the hotel information. He answered my questions with details and arranged rooms on the same floor. My room got a greatest seaside view. The view are very amazing.
The breakfast dont have varied meal options.

The room included separated sinks and a rainfall shower. Soft furnishing including furniture looks old. Marble in bathroom still durable and nice, i appreciate the nice view.

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area provides twenty loungers with a shaded section, i like it. I saw a convenient store near local park with bakeries.

This hotel location is excellent. kandy liu provided kind service. I appreciate her help. breakfast included excellent service from ivy w. jim yang explained everything patiently, and the room view was AMAZING.
The building is aging. I noticed cost-cutting measures. it hardly merits the intercontinental status, BUT ada choi provided excellent room cleaning.

the hotel provides easy access to the ferry, mtr, and buses, offering convenient transport. the club level includes afternoon tea. evening food. and drinks, a welcome bonus.

hoi king heen restaurant offered lovely food and soft shell crab. the mistral restaurant provided excellent food with a harbor view. breakfast had amazing made-while-you-wait soup.

attentive staff spacious room excellent food enjoyable gathering
I had a family lunch gathering here recently. The service was excellent from start to finish. Eddie, Gavin, and Osman were very attentive. They were warm and helpful. They made the gathering enjoyable. The private room was spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious and consistently excellent.

lacking service faulty lock
The concierge team handled transportation efficiently.
I found the service quite lacking. On arrival, the promised upgraded room was not available, so I was placed in a standard room FAR from the elevators.. This made getting around difficult. The bathroom door also had a faulty lock. It wouldn't stay closed.

Charming Stay at a Fantastic Location
amazing view breakfast delight helpful staff
I am charmed with my room, it was a Club InterContinental Victoria Harbour King Room with Executive Lounge Access. The views it offered were amazing. Breakfast was a delight each morning, and it kept me satisfied until early evening. The staff helped a lot, they gave clear directions and explained things to taxi drivers.
The gym seemed a bit cramped when more than two people were there.

The breakfast included a large variety of food. The executive lounge served good quality beverages. Welcome drink vouchers were given and were redeemable at the lobby bar and the bar. The Cafe on M experience was really nice.

Staff greeted me warmly, especially Kendy Liu from reception. Her check-in process was so smooth and nice. Dickson Chen gave a heartwarming reception. The lounge staff member, Katy Ko, was cute and always helped without delay.
